Mathew is responsible for our Wills Trusts and Probate Department. Mathew has experience of dealing with a variety of complex estate administrations.

Mathew is a keen motorsport fan and has been following Formula One since childhood. He also follows the NFL (in particular, the New York Giants), and is interested in computing and gaming. He loves a good sci-fi or horror novel, and enjoys film.

AREAS OF LAW

He advises on the drafting of Wills and Trusts, the administration of estates, Court of Protection matters, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

EXPERIENCE

Mathew has advised in a significant number of complicated estates during his career and enjoys nearly 16 years of private client experience. Clients appreciate not only Mathew’s wide knowledge in such areas, but also how he does not lose sight of the fact that this is often the most difficult time of their lives.
