COMPLAINTS

The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) are responsible for regulating Solicitors in England and Wales. They have produced a Code of Conduct for solicitors which you can find on the SRA website at www.sra.org.uk. Our SRA registration number is 45211.

COMPLAINTS
We hope you are happy with the service provided by us. If you believe our service is not meeting your expectations then you should initially discuss your concerns with the person assisting you with your instructions or their supervisor (please see our initial correspondence which contains the name of the supervisor or if in doubt please contact us).

If you remain unhappy you should contact the Partner responsible for the department, if you are in doubt as to who that is then please contact us. We have a complaints procedure which sets out how we deal with complaints and can be found on the attached link – complaints handling policy.

If you remain dissatisfied following the outcome of your complaint you may complain to the Legal Ombudsman:

INSURANCE
Solicitors are required to maintain qualifying professional indemnity insurance in the event we are found to have breached our duties. We limit this to £10 million (ten million pounds). The Provision of Services Regulation 2009 requires us to provide the details of our insurer who is International General Insurance Company (UK) via Pelican Underwriting, Plantation Place, 30 Fenchurch Street. London EC3M 3AJ.
