I dont know what to say about these solicitors. We are currently buying a house and these incompetent solicitors are a seller solicitors.We done everything on time. Paid a deposit, and all required documents to move on. But they are absolutely worst solicitors. We are waiting 3 weeks now for 1 piece of paper which is holding a whole process.Absolutely zero communication with them. EA and our solicitors trying to contact them every single day without any results.If you care about your time and piece of mind - do not even think about them. We got a huge stess problems just because of them.If someone from the office would like to talk about it i am more than happy to talk about it. But i assume nobody will care.

This review is based purely on my personal experience with Cocks Lloyd Solicitors, who are currently representing the opposing side in an ongoing housing dispute involving me and my partner.I’m writing it in the public interest.Updated: Despite the landlord always being aware of our residency and everyone having paid rent, we have now received proceedings. It's deeply concerning and feels misleading to be treated as trespassers, especially when our occupancy was well known and rent was accepted. This development further highlights the questionable tactics.It is reasonable and natural to ask yourself...why the presence of everyone was acknowledged and accepted, specially on the financial side, but then, suddenly labeled strangers/unauthorized?Why no Trespass proceedings were started back in June/July 2024 then? (When we repeatedly asked formalization of our tenancies.)Timing always reveals more than intent and honesty, it's hard not to believe that retaliation isn't the reason.PS: This is not defamation. It’s documentation. It's protected expression.

We visited here as part of Guide Dog fundraising. The solicitors have opted to support Guide Dogs for the year. We took a 16 week old Guide Dog puppy in training and a 9 year GD Buddy Dog.The staff were very friendly and welcoming and loved meeting the Guide Dogs
