With the arrival of her daughter, she sought a more structured 9-to-5 role, which led her to transition into the legal side of property. I baught a residential property using cocks llyods as my conveyancer, the person looking after me was Sarah Payne, she was so amazing to work with, responded to my e-mails promptly and informed me of everything required before I had to do it, she also did some perfect work with the duedilligance making sure I got everything I wanted and more.
I could not recommend her more she helped ture a stressful process into something that was quit agreeable, and I also had some help form the receptionists who helped make sure payments went through well and that I was doing things right.
The price was also very competitive being well over £100 below a quote from one of there competitors.
