John Mohamed

John is the founder of the Practice and a Law Graduate. John spent his early life in Leeds and moved to Coventry to study for a Business Law Degree. After graduating John completed his training with a Warwickshire firm which he remained with for several years before branching out and in 1986 formed what was to become John Mohamed & Co.

John has a wealth of experience in several legal disciplines but after initially concentrating on Criminal Defence and to some extent Civil Litigation he became involved with business clients and helped them in their commercial transactions including sale and purchase of commercial property leases as well as landlord and tenant matters and disputes.

Currently John’s work focus is with business clients as well as defending serious criminal cases. John’s substantial experience in these and other fields means he has a wealth of knowledge which he brings to bare to the benefit of his clients in achieving the outcomes they are looking for. John acts for private individuals as well as corporate clients and is able to work on a privately paid basis or publicly funded through Legal Aid where this is available.
