Anne O’Malley

Anne is an experienced Solicitor who has been qualified for over 25 years. She specialises in matrimonial and family matters to include the following areas of law – divorce proceedings, financial settlements, co-habitation, private children, non-molestation orders and occupation orders and other matters which relate to these areas.

Anne also is experienced in the preparation of Wills and making applications for grant of probate or letters of administration.

Anne can provide initial advice at a one-off appointment as well as assisting you with difficult disputed matters. Her emphasis is on reaching an amicable settlement or agreement and only involving the Court as a last resort.

Appointments can be arranged to take place by telephone, Zoom as well as in person, depending on your particular circumstance. Home visits can be arranged if necessary.
