The Family Department at Cocks Lloyd are pleased to announce that Elizabeth Davies is now a member of the Law Society’s Children Law Panel, and is now able to represent children in Court proceedings.

Cocks Lloyd’s Family Department are fortunate to have three solicitors who hold this accreditation and can represent parents and children within private and care proceedings.

Elizabeth commented “I am really pleased to have been successful in my application to join the Children’s Panel. I am excited to broaden my expertise in being able to act for children within proceedings in the Family Courts”.
