Elizabeth is a Solicitor within the Family Department at Cocks Lloyd, and Head of our Care Team. She specialises in cases concerning children and is a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel.
Elizabeth represents parents and children in both cases where Children’s Services have become involved with a family and also where arrangements need to be made between parents either in or outside the Courtroom.
Elizabeth has experience working on complex children cases. Her aim is to negotiate a client focussed, amicable, resolution when possible, however has a reputation for a strong and robust approach when required.
