Cocks Lloyd are delighted to announce the promotion of Alison Coles to the position of Senior Associate Solicitor.

Alison said of her promotion :

Mat Jones Head of Private Client at Cocks Lloyd confirmed :

“It was been a pleasure to watch Alison’s career at Cocks Lloyd blossom.  Alison joined our firm as a paralegal some years ago and through hard work and determination was offered a training contract with us. It became apparent to me during Alison’s training that she had the makings of an excellent addition or our Private Client department, which is exactly what happened upon her qualification.  Over the years, Alison has continued to thrive and has become an integral part of our Private Client team – and this has now been reflected following her well deserved promotion to Senior Associate Solicitor.”

The Private Client Team also welcomed a new addition this week, Joseph Kimberley joined the team as a Trainee Solicitor.

Joseph commented “I am joining the busy Private Client department at Cocks Lloyd and look forward to working alongside the team here – everyone has been very welcoming so far. I am pleased to have been given an opportunity from Cocks Lloyd to gain experience within it.”

Joseph is currently taking the SQE route to qualification after having gained a history degree at the University of York. Before joining Cocks Lloyd he worked in the Real Estate department of a firm in Birmingham and is on track to qualify as a solicitor by October 2024.
