The Family Team at Cocks Lloyd are concerned at new polling which shows two thirds of separated parents said they lacked help or advice about how to put their children first when they separated from their partner.

In order to address this, Resolution (a group of specialist family lawyers committed to a code of practice) has launched a free new guide for parents who are separated or going through a separation, as part of Good Divorce Week, (29 Nov – 3 Dec), an annual initiative that raises awareness of how families can separate amicably, particularly where children are involved.
