Julie has been working in the Property sector for over 25 years with her career starting in Residential Estate Agency and Lettings.

Since moving into the legal sector she has gained experience of all aspects of residential conveyancing.  Julie joined Cocks Lloyd in September 2019 from another Midlands based firm and is looking forward to building on the good reputation of the firm.

Her Estate Agency background gives her the benefit of an all-round knowledge of the conveyancing process which regularly assists in the resolution of any issues which may arise.

Julie prides herself on being approachable and has a down to earth attitude, she is always happy to help with any queries you may have throughout your transaction.

Out of the office, Julie enjoys the great outdoors, camping and spending time with her friends and family.

Sarah has worked in the property sector for 8 years, qualifying as a Solicitor in July 2021.

Sarah has a strong background in both residential and commercial property law, coupled with extensive knowledge of the Midlands property market.

Sarah’s experience includes buying and selling residential & commercial property, assisting landlords and tenants with leases, assignments, consents, variations, and other related issues.

Additionally, she has expertise in property development work, such as options, conditional contracts and overage agreements.

Sarah is passionate about forging new connections within the local community.

Cassie has worked in the legal sector for the last 14 years, 10 being in the property section.

Cassie qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive Lawyer in 2021 and cross qualified as a solicitor in 2023.

Cassie has extensive experience in dealing with straightforward transactions as well as the more complex matters within residential property. These include buying and selling both freehold and leasehold residential properties, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, Help to Buy transactions, shared ownership, New Build transactions, unregistered land, acting on behalf of first-time buyers and dealing with Help to buy and life time ISA’s.

Cassie prides herself with working in a professional manner dealing with all transactions and has excellent communication skills, allowing her to liaise with third parties appropriately and build strong relationships.

In her spare time Cassie enjoys engaging in arts and crafts, reading, travelling and spending time with her family.
