Cocks Lloyd are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our property team in Nuneaton, to manage a full and varied caseload.

The candidate will need to be an experienced Legal Executive, Licenced Conveyancer or Solicitor.

The successful candidate will:

• Be well organised, have excellent communication skills and proven experience of dealing with sales and purchases of freehold, leasehold and shared ownership properties, re-mortgages, new build work, & all aspects of freehold and leasehold properties.
• Ensure that all client work is progressed expeditiously and that the client is kept regularly informed on progress and on costs.
• Have the experience and willingness to take on the responsibilities of the SRO.
• Be experienced in working in a high volume environment
• Be responsible for the conduct of their own files and will take over an existing caseload.
• Be able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
• Be adept at MS Office, particularly E-mail & Internet.

This is a full-time permanent position, offering a competitive salary at market rate which is negotiable based on your experience.
